Return Process

  Log into your Luxury Helsinki account and select the order you wish to return to receive a digital return authorization.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Place the items in their original designer boxes and secure them inside the provided shipping carton to ensure they remain protected.

  Complimentary Pickup

  Affix the pre-paid DHL Express label to your package and schedule a collection at your convenience or drop it off at an authorized point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
